Nominating committee

The nominating committee is made up of representatives of the three largest shareholders. The names of the members of the Nominating Committee will be published no later than 6 months before the AGM.

The Nomination Committee will propose the Chairman of the AGM, Chairman of the Board, members of the Board, the number of Board members, remuneration for the Chairman and the members of the Board and criteria for appointing the AGM 2010 Nomination Committee.
