As of April 24 2008 Povl Lautrup has, via his company Key Quest Ltd, sold 10 000 000 shares in Betting Promotion Sweden. After the transaction Key Quest owns 65 360 460 shares, equivalent to 32.7 percent of votes and capital.

Lautrup has been given dispensation until 9 February 2009 to reduce his holding to 30%.

The buyer of the shares is Niklas Braathen. After this transaction Braathen owns 10 433 000 shares in Betting Promotion Sweden equivalent to 5.2 percent of votes and capital.

Niklas Braathen has a long experience from betting and is the founder of Baltic Gaming A/S and Nordic Gaming A/S. Both companies are now part of the Olympic Entertainment Group, which is listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange. Braathen is the main owner of Redbet Holding, listed on First North.
