SUGGESTED NEW BOARD MEMBER

The election committee of Betting Promotion Sweden AB proposes to recommend to shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 16th January 2008 that Peder Keiller Alberoth be appointed as an ordinary board member of Betting Promotion.

Peder Keiller Alberoth is currently CEO of Key-Quest Limited and Keiller Brand Solutions AB.
Peder has held managing positions in companies such as IMS Data AB and United Driva AB.
He is also chairman of Landskrona AffärsNätverk (LAN) and IBK Landskrona Falcons.

Povl Lautrup, has announced his intention to resign from the board at the same time.

An extraordinary shareholders meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th January at 14.00 at Strandvägen 7a, Stockholm. Full information is given in the notice of meeting.

The election committee of Betting Promotion consists of the members: Povl Lautrup (Key-Quest Limited); Hampus Hägglöf; Johan Moazed (Aberford Consultants Limited).
