GAME VILLAGE HAS RECEIVED LETTER OF INTENT

The Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority has issued a letter of intent to grant Game Village Limited a Class 1 Remote Gaming License. The commercial launch of Game Village will occur during the day on the URL www.gamevillage.com.

Betting Promotion owns 50% in the soft gaming company Game Village. The company has developed a platform for bingo and similar soft gaming products on the internet. The product will initially be introduced to the British market.
