LETTER OF INTENT HAS BEEN SIGNED WITH GAME STORM CORPORATION

Betting Promotion has signed a Letter of Intent with Game Storm Corporation. In a final Agreement to be signed Betting Promotion will receive 50% of the company for 1M USD and a commitment to finance a maximum of another 2.5M USD for further technical development and primarily marketing. The project involves the launching of an Internet based soft games and entertainment network. The launch will be later this year on the American markets and a test version is planned for August release.

Betting Promotion will finance its investment with its own generated profits.

Game Storm has 8 employees and its operations are in Canada and Costa Rica.
Its founder Lawrence Gouett has extensive experience in the egaming industry and has provided consulting services in the past to some of the world’s leading online gaming brands.

Betting Promotion estimates the revenue potential from the Game Storm project to be considerable as the industry is growing fast and the Game Storm concept is very attractive and a highly original offering in the sector.
