2002  Development starts of the market making system

2003  Proof of Concept verified. Business model confirmed when integration of the Market Making system is integrated with our first customers

2004  System is further developed to handle simultaneous multi-market trading and is integrated with additional Betting Exchanges. Gaming turnover exceeds 2 billion SEK

2005  Betting Promotion established in Malta and aquires provisional license with the LGA (Lotteries & Gaming Authority)

2005  Betting Promotion starts to accumulate its own content management database in order to improve security

2005  Gaming turnover exceeds 5 billion SEK

2006  Market making for soccer games “In Play” is launched

2006  Betting Promotion receives a 5 year gaming license in Malta

2006  The technical platform can automatically monitor more than 10 000 markets (events, submarkets, bettingforms, etc)

2007  Improved “In Play” system launched, designed to improve capacity and turnover

2007  Gaming turnover exceeds 10 billion SEK

2008  Betting Promotion concludes testing and evaluation of trading models leading to adjusted parameter settings to decrease volatility and risk. Implemented changes results in improved trading margins

2008  Betting Promotion sells 32% of investment in GameVillage Ltd and initiates a “Buy-Back” program that aquires 1,5 million shares at an average price of 1,33

2009  Share buyback offer to all share holders resulting in Betting Promotion holding 9 434 388 shares in total
